How We Work
Working with your school or organization is not an event, but a process. Our approach is tailored to meet your specific needs and the results you want to create. Putting together an extended seminar or single presentation can be a major undertaking. The success or failure of that event hinges entirely on the experience of your audience and the real value they bring home.
The real added value for your school is not in one-time results, but in building new capability together to create results again and again. Our focus is both on the moment and on deep, transformative learning and change across the campus or organization.
We work with each client to understand the big picture – What are your meeting, workshop, or keynote objectives? What organizational or campus change is taking place? How would you like people to think, feel and act after this experience?
Once you engage Jeff, you have an advocate and partner for achieving your objectives. Based on his experience, Jeff will deliver a program that is exactly on target.
Contact our office to discuss Jeff or another faculty members’ availability for your seminar or presentation. Once you make contact with us, we will schedule an interview call “Discovery Intake Calll” to determine if your school or organization is a good “fit” for our services. This may be more than one call and may involve speaking with more than one person at your school or organization. To secure a date on our calendar, a 50% deposit of the fee is required.
Please note -
- Our extended seminars book 1 year in advance. Please call our office sooner rather than later to discuss dates for your school.
- We have more time-frame flexibility with assemblies, one-day workshops, and conference keynotes. However, many of our extended seminars take up a large portion of our calendar. It is best you reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss scheduling.
Travel expenses typically involved in scheduling a seminar or presentation outside our commuting distance -
- Airfare (upgradeable coach airfare non-stop)
- Hotel (Hilton Family)
- Rental Car (standard/midsize) & Other Transportation (Shuttle or Taxi)
- Meal per diem ($40 per day US – $50 International)
- Tolls, Parking, Travel Visas, etc…
